Caroline’s work at Youthforce contributes to the attraction and recruitment of new members to the team. Supporting the aim of achieving best practice across all areas of the recruitment lifecycle, Caroline’s involvement includes document creation and process input, providing support to the selection procedures, as well as liaising with both prospective applicants and external companies.
Caroline started her corporate career in HR and recruitment, moving across into supplier management, purchasing and operational budget responsibility – where in all cases her roles supported either technical or IT business units. Much of her time included people management as well as process responsibility, including the setting up of new teams.
While on a career break to raise her young family, Caroline returned to recruitment on a freelance basis, which she has now continued via her work with Youthforce.
