Dean is an experienced professional specialising in the field of compliance, quality assurance and audit of learning and development provision. Dean’s career has included the management of apprenticeships to Ofsted Grade 1 standard as well as providing apprenticeship consultancy and support to a range of employers and training providers.
Dean is fully versed in all aspects of quality assurance and compliance including the approval of L&D providers and products and accredited centre management across a wide range of sectors including IT and Telecoms, Management and Utilities.
Dean has built his career in Quality Assurance on a firm-foundation which includes previous experience of training design and delivery, assessment and internal verification, accredited centre management and the External Quality Assurance of Training provision across a wide range of employers and independent training providers.
Dean is passionate about his role and believes that a “right-first-time” approach can result in improvements in effectiveness and efficiency; commerciality and quality can co-exist in harmony with the appropriate level of planning in L&D provision.
When he is not at work Dean is a passionate angler and also enjoys cooking and supporting charities including “Lucy’s Bowl”; raising funds for Guide Dogs
