Working as part of a team you will join a fast growing busy IT company that provide technical support services to SMEs throughout the UK on I.T and telecoms products and services. In this role you will respond to phone calls and tickets covering the installations and maintenance of the companies growing client base. These solutions include but not limited to Windows Server platforms, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Cloud Solutions, VMWare, routing, networking and desktop support. This requirement includes a polite telephone manner, high attention to detail, good organisation and ability to work as part of a team.

Your responsibilities as a 1st Line Support Analyst will require knowledge and skills in all of the following areas:
The preferred candidate will have achieved a Grade C/4 or equivalent or higher in GCSE English and Maths, or an equivalent such as Functional Skills Level 2. In some cases, consideration may be given to candidates who lacks these qualifications though has considerable experience in a relevant sector; however this is at the discretion of the employer.
