About you

Youthforce is in the business of developing people. You will play a pivotal role in shaping people’s lives by supporting their learning. Everything we do in the office has palpable consequences in the field. You need to be passionate about supporting our learners and our employers. Everything we do comes back to them.

Similarly, you need to be passionate about developing yourself. You will be on an amazing journey of self-development and discovery from day-one. We need people who are passionate about learning and who are willing to put theory into practice. People who are willing to raise their hand, get involved and work diligently in a team to keep things running, and run things differently. To keep things running, you need to be process-driven, analytical and have a fastidious eye for details. To run things differently, you need to be confident, creative and willing to be wrong.

Your thirst for learning will be quenched by your dynamic job role, complimented by a high-quality apprenticeship training programme delivered by the Open University. You will be enrolled on the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship, designed and delivered by the triple accredited Open University Business School, ranked in the world’s top 1%!

You don’t need to know or have experience in the day to day activities listed below – we’ll provide the training and opportunities for you to develop in each. We only ask that you are passionate, open-minded and willing to learn.

About the role

You will spend time working and learning in two of the core areas of our business: Operations Management and Programme Management. Your apprenticeship will run for 4 years.
