Job Description
As an Administrator for our clients your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Full departmental administration
Setting up boards at properties
Compliance i.e. gas & electrical certificates, EPC’s, HMO certificates etc
Processing and filing invoices for approval
Window display
Maintaining Tenants receipts for rents received
Chasing rent arrears
Offering tea and coffee to customers
Liaising between Landlords, Tenants and Contractors as required
Renewals of Tenancy Agreements
Processing references
Processing Student lets
Petty cash
General cleaning
Social Media Sites
We are looking for an individual who has the following key skills and attributes:
Impeccable written and spoken English
Experience in an administrative role
Strong Microsoft Excel and Word and PowerPoint.
Strong planning and organising skills to support more than one Manager
Good communication skills to build and maintain strong relations with Clients
Good numeracy skills are of paramount importance
Desired qualifications
The preferred candidate will have achieved a Grade C/4 or higher in GCSE English and Maths, or an equivalent such as Functional Skills Level 2. In some cases, consideration may be given to candidates who lacks these qualifications though has considerable experience in a relevant sector; however this is at the discretion of the employer.
Future prospects
Learners can progress onto further or higher education to undertake business related or other qualifications, Where possible, successful apprentices may also continue in their job role and undertake a range of professional job-specific qualifications and training with the possibility of a promotion.
